PUMPKIN AND COCONUT SOUP

Here's a healthy, tasty and quicky soup especially to accompany a cold autumn evening.



1/2 kg red kuri squash
150 ml coconut milk
Anis seeds
Dried parsley
Chilli powder
Pepper powder

Boil and mash the pumpkin.
Add coconut milk to it. Add other spices, a cup of water and bring to a good boil.
Serve hot with bread/ bread sticks.
